I don't know if this will surprise any of you, but it did surprise me. Close to Regensburg, there is a Doric temple, up in the hills. This website can show you what we mean, as well as give you a bit more information on the area.We walked up there this afternoon, but unfortunately we just missed the hours where we could go inside. Nonetheless, it was quite interesting, and I had fun with picture taking. I just wish I could have caught a shot of the Panavia Tornado that went by! Wouldn't that have been a great shot, that big modern plane framed by the columns of the temple?
Oh well, maybe next time.
